This policy explains how Bigtrail Adventure (“we”, “us”) handles the personal data of people who visit bigtrailadventure.com, buy from our shop or sign up for our expeditions, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).
Data we collect
- Forms: name, email, WhatsApp, city, motorcycle details and riding experience information you send us through the pre-booking, contact, partnership or testimonial forms.
- Newsletter: name and email.
- Shop orders: items selected, shipping address and the details needed for billing and delivery.
- Browsing: cookies and usage data collected by Google Analytics and, with your consent, by Google AdSense.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and review expedition applications;
- To process and deliver orders;
- To send the newsletter, only to those who have subscribed;
- To measure our audience and improve the website;
- To display Google AdSense ads.
Sharing
We work with providers that process data on our behalf: hosting (Cloudflare), database (Supabase), email delivery, Google (Analytics and AdSense) and payment providers. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, portability or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contato@bigtrailadventure.com.
Retention and security
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, protected by access controls and encrypted connections.
