Thiago Berardi and a fellow rider in Ushuaia, the end of the world

About us

Passionate about motorcycles, landscapes and adventure since 1995

Bigtrail Adventure is the bridge between “I want to go” and “I went”: a motorcycle touring hub created by people who live on the road.

The founder

Thiago Berardi

“Motorcycling isn’t just a hobby for me: it’s a way of life, a purpose.”

He started at 17 on a Honda Dream 100, moved on to a DT 180 on the trails and never looked back. He has owned a GS 800, led four expeditions through the Atacama, crossed more than five passes between Chile and Argentina, explored Uruguay and ridden all the way to Ushuaia.

Off the bike, he has spent more than 23 years as an entrepreneur in strategic marketing and brand positioning, leading TBS Group. That mindset turns every trip into smart planning and every piece of content into useful information.

The journey

Some roads never end. They wait.

  1. 1995

    The first bike

A walkmachine, then a Honda Dream 100 at 17 and a DT 180 on the trails. He never stopped after that.

  2. 2018

    The channel is born

The Bigtrail Adventure YouTube channel starts as a travel diary: Atacama, Andean passes, Uruguay and Ushuaia.

  3. Pause

    Five years off the bike

A traffic accident in Curitiba, after returning from Ushuaia, keeps Thiago off two wheels for about five years.

  4. 2025

    Back in the saddle

The Uruguay Expedition marks the comeback. The @bigtrail_adventure Instagram takes off and becomes a community.

  5. 2026

    A motorcycle touring hub

Pontões Capixabas, MotoGP Brazil, the Carretera Austral and the launch of Six Days Bicho do Paraná.

To be the easiest way to get from point A to point B safely and with zero headaches — with ready-made routes, technology, products that make sense, the Brand Collection and partnerships with lodging and restaurants along the way.

Expedição América — Uma Aventura aos Extremos

Five months, more than a dozen countries and one V-Strom 650: from Curitiba to Ushuaia and from Ushuaia to Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. The whole trip is documented in 44 episodes on Jailson’s channel (in Portuguese) — and his new series, Expedição Atacama – Carretera Austral, has just started.
